I watched this movie last week. In fact I didn't that story completely, but Mr. Armstrong told the summary of it to us after watching and I usderstood.
I think that obaachan really loved Japan, so she tried to tell even her grandchild about Japan. She was proud of being Japanese. I respect her so much because I sometimes feel European people are so cool. However, this is wrong. We have to be proud of being Japanese. We must not ashamed of being Japanese and speak Japanese.
