I feel you always have a cold.
Surely, having a cold is troublesome for everyone and it is not trivial opinion, I think. We cannot do anything with hardness when having a fever. Even if it is just a cold, it sometimes can become a serious desease. In fact, I know such a friend, so we have to be careful about it in daily life.
However, I seldom have a cold, so it is not so troublesome for me.
