Thank you chisumi, maiko, Ryoko, Hiroki and Megumi for your answering to my question! I'm glad to get many replies. I myself will resign my job or my husband will because the child might feel lonely without his mother or father stay with him. I am not dexterous enough to cope with both working and bringing up children so I will choose one of them.
I hope the surrounding and system for mother and father to work comfortably will improve as most of you said...
