I read your comments and think about your question. Well, I think we, woman, can choose whether we should resign our job or not. Of course it is maybe case by case, but if I really want to continue my job, I will. Why not? There is no reason we should stay at home. And for society, there need woman's help, I think. And then, at home, there need more help from man. I don't know about other family, but my father have never help housework except his feel inclined to. I hate that situation. I hope that Japanese society is going to be change.
