I agree that it is difficult to use the honorific words. My club is very strict on the honorific words. When I sent the email to the senior, she returned my email by correcting my honorific words. At first, I was very surprised and got angry to her. However, now I appreciate her strict mail because I feel easier to use the honorific words.
