Listening comprehension

These days I feel I have poor ability to listen to English. Listening is so hard for me that I have to improve my listening ability. I think watching English-speaking movies without subtitles is one of the effective way. But I can't do it yet. Now I have many movies I want to see. I wanna watch movies without subtitles someday.
